Think of capacity "Ah" as a fuel tank. The higher the Ah value, the more energy your battery can store and the longer your range.

 Higher Ah = longer range.

Beyond that, it has no other effect, positive or negative, on motor performance or the electrical system. A different "Ah" value doesn't mean you need to change the motor, controller or wiring. Your bike keeps working just as it is.

 Range values are calculated based on the bike's original rated range as specified by the manufacturer.

Example: On a bike with a rated range of 50 km on a 10Ah battery, increasing the capacity to 25Ah gives a theoretical range of about 125 km.

️ Real-world range varies with speed, riding style, road gradient, rider weight and air temperature.

 For this reason, range is not guaranteed. However, the battery's capacity is always as promised.

 Charging time depends on the battery capacity and the amperage of the charger used.

Example: A 10Ah battery reaches a full charge in about 5 hours with a 2A charger.
