DISPATCH TIMES

Depending on stock availability, your products are either sourced or manufactured once your order is confirmed, and are then handed over to the carrier. Your order can be confirmed once payment for the products has been completed.

Unless stated otherwise, orders are dispatched within 2 to 21 working days depending on the product category. Transit time to your delivery address is additional and depends on the destination country and the carrier.

Dispatch times may change during periods of high demand, or as a result of force majeure and other factors outside our control.

Pre-order products are dispatched within the period stated on the product page. The same exceptions apply.

Excluding pre-order products, ordered products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you may set an additional reasonable period and, if we still fail to deliver, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery times may vary during exceptional promotional periods, in line with the terms of the promotion.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

Where an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day the last item is received.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Email [email protected] quoting your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so. Any clear statement is sufficient.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because the goods are shipped from Türkiye, return shipping costs may be significant. Contact us before shipping and we will confirm the return address and, where available, provide a discounted return label.

Return the product complete, with its box, packaging and any standard accessories.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way you would be permitted to examine them in a shop. Where the value of the goods has diminished, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Your refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we refund the standard cost only.

We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including custom rims, spokes, custom-dimension batteries and motors produced specifically for your order;
• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
• sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
• goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which we cannot control;
• newspapers and magazines, except subscription contracts;
• accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental, catering and leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period;
• services which have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed. This applies to battery renewal and similar services once work on your battery has started.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights of at least 2 years under EU law if the goods do not conform to the contract. These rights are free of charge and are not affected by any commercial guarantee we offer.

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Where the goods are found not to conform, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Practical points

Where a return is made by a business customer, the relevant company must issue a return invoice.

The security of a return shipment is the sender's responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service and packaging the product adequately.

Differences arising from currency fluctuations between the date of payment and the date of refund are not compensated. Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Orders placed for pre-order products may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Where you cancel before dispatch, we refund the full amount within 14 days of being informed of your decision.

Once a pre-order product has been dispatched, the standard withdrawal procedure described above applies.

OUR RETURNS PROCESS

1. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your request is accepted unconditionally and refunded within 14 days.
2. If your order has been dispatched or delivered, we reply to your email with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once the product reaches us, we inspect it and assess any diminished value.
4. We inform you of the outcome by reply to the same email thread.
5. The refund is transferred to your original payment method within 14 days of the day we were informed of your withdrawal, subject to the right to withhold described above.
6. Where a return is not accepted, we return the product to you.

Please note: the time it takes for a refund to appear on your card or account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve complaints directly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence, or to bring proceedings before the courts of the Member State in which you are domiciled. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of habitual residence are not affected by these terms.
